Closed PVC door re-hanging repair

We have double UPVC french window doors and one of them seems to have dropped and is misaligned. This makes it difficult to open/close the door although it can eventually be done if the door is physically lifted up. We would like the door re-hanging correctly so that both doors open/close easily and securely.
