Closed DAB radio repair

I have a Pure Evoke 3 DAB radio. The SD card does not work because the wiring connection to the SD compartment has dislodged inside the radio. Secondly the female mains connection on the radio seems to have become slightly loose causing the radio to cut out occasionally.
