I have a detached two story building previously used as an accommodation block, on the down, side it is right next door to a pub, and one room on the ground floor houses the cellar section for the pub. On the upside, it is situated next to the Severn with river views. It has mooring rights. It also has planning permission on a quarter acre site for an industrial building. It would be ideal for conversion to a holiday property, with most of the living accommodation on the first floor, although there is a large storage area on the ground floor, (probably suitable for a large utility room), along with a separate brick built storage shed. I am based in France at the moment but I’m looking to move this property on now.
