I have a Titan multi petrol strimmer. It started to not fire up but would initially turn over when pulling the pull cord. Now I can't even pull the cord as there is resistance. I am looking for someone to provide me with a quote and possibly fix it if financially viable. It has had minimal use and it puzzles me how it has just stopped working all of a sudden. Thank you
