I need a second opinion on a medical examination to prove if I am fit to attend court. I have had one where the dr has accepted I am in inhumane pain and could not reasonably attend however won’t state this directly and the court required this if indeed it is a correct analysis. This is urgent as I have 7 days and the solicitor requests I get this done this week. I will need a home visit as I am unable to walk hardly.
