    SH Business Services, posted on Friday 11 March 2022 Hi Rosie, It's not a Debt Collection Agency that you need it's a Court Bailiff. Depending on your Court Order you may need a County Court Bailiff or a High Court Bailiff. Once you have discovered which one it is that you need, then contact the nearest County Court or High Court to the respondent and they will be able to help you. There is quite a large fee to be paid to have this done.
