Please unplug it leave it for one minute and try it again,if doesn't work pull out the remote's battery this time for one minute then put them back and retry If non of them works there need to the tv be checked it in workshop. The cost is at least £40 for inspection.but we are unable to say how much it would cost you til fully test part by part. Thanks Hossein npe-uk.com
