My daughter Fiona is the buyer of this property at 85 Woodside Road; we want to lay down brick paving at the grassed rear entrance. The extent of this area borders this property, the footpath and the 2 adjoining rear property entrances at 83 and 87, this said footpath links Forest Road and Mieklefield Road and is owned by Red Kite and also edges the woodlands. The area involved of the bricked paving would be about 5m * 10m. Can you please advise: 1 An estimate of land valuation for purchase from Red Kite and 2. Your estimate for negotiating a price with Red Kite?. We have confirmed that Red Kite will sell the land. John McLean
