Looking for a building contractor to undertake the construction of a single storey extension to the rear of the house. Extension consists of extending existing kitchen, dining room, utility room and shower room. Planning permission has been granted, architectural detailed drawings completed and structural engineering package completed (not yet submitted to building control). Also currently have a Structural Engineer progressing with a build over consent application with water utility provider. Would like a firm price quotation from interested contractors and if possible the project to start and complete this year (2022). Building contractor to project manage the extension construction and all service requirements.
