I need a criminal defence lawyer have been charged with two counts of assault on policeman I am unemployed and I'm a full-time carer for my family member. There is CCTV available with the police however I have got seen this my brother who was also charged in the same situation as me at the same time same place for some reason it's being dealt separately with I have a court date on 15th of March he is going for further investigation and will be told within 3 months of the outcome that is not charged.
