Good afternoon, I hope this email finds you well. My team and I, as part of Reed in Partnership’s contract with the DVSA, are looking for conference rooms to deliver DVSA driving theory tests. Currently, the Edinburgh site is experiencing an overflow of applicants and we are aiming to find a site in/near Motherwell that can accommodate this influx. This means that specific days for bookings are not yet known. For bookings, we typically require a whole working day for use, however, we are able to work around your general availability / opening hours. In terms of requirements, we are looking for a room that is: • Roughly 8m x 8m / larger than 600 sq. ft • Room has power • DDA-compliant / wheelchair-accessible Additionally, I must also ask: • What are your general opening times as it pertains to venue bookings? • Does the venue have a free space nearby to park a van? If not, the nearest parking location? • What is the venue’s booking policy? • Does venue have furniture, namely chairs and tables? • What the room’s conditions? E.g. flooring • Remediations in place if the room is not step-free accessible? With this, I was wondering if this is something you would be able to offer and at what daily rate – or if not, anyone you may know in your local area that might?
