Please can you quote the cost of organising an event for the following requirements: • Date of event: 6th June 2022 • Aimed at: Early Years Educators • Duration: 3 hours (PM) • We require an early years speaker (High profile early years speaker) • We require a programme (through liaison with our Strong School Start network of EY practitioners in Ipswich). • Keynote speaker • A couple of other speaker slots then focused breakout sessions • Audience: 100 participants In addition to all the above-mentioned requests all others would be members of our network sharing their work. We’d like a full admin service – organising, sourcing speakers and organisations for the market place, promoting, managing bookings and supporting on the day. The IOA team could provide additional capacity on the day, but we you’re your organisation to be managed by the provider. Our high-level aim is to share what the network have done this year, the impact of their various projects, and to engage other schools, nurseries and relevant organisations to consider how they can further the work of the network next year. We envisage a keynote speaker, a couple of other speaker slots then focused breakout sessions. It would be good to also have a “market place” enabling local organisations that service and support the EY sector to have stands, with a programme of sorts that goes out in advance.
