Hi I’m Sue a 62 yr old single woman. I’m looking for a retirement flat to rent long term. Either a studio or 1 bedroom flat would be perfect. The property must be dog friendly as I have small Therapy Dogs who are highly trained not to bark or be naughty, they are anti allergy and do not moult. I can supply references for myself and my dogs. I’ve a good credit history with No CCJ’s. I’m living on Benefits as I’m slightly disabled but also have a small private pension so paying rent wouldn’t be a problem. I can move anywhere along the south east/Sussex coast line from Gravesend to Eastbourne.
