A gutter, +/- 1.5m long, situated on the roof of a conservatory and filling a gap between the conservatory and main building at the edge of a balcony, is leaking inside the conservatory at both ends. So far the leak has disintegrated one panel of the plasterboard (?) covering the original outer wall of the building. The cause of the leaks has to be ascertained, a solution decided upon and effected, and internal damage repaired.
