Catering for 70th birthday by someone who could deliver and serve hot food. Venue only has a basic cooker so supplier would need insulated boxes to deliver hot food. Up to 55 adults and 20 children aged from 2 to 13. Start 3.00pm with canapés for adults and crudités/crisps for children, followed at 4.30pm by hot food for children such as pizza slices/chicken nuggets or hot dogs and a hot buffet for adults, e.g chilli con carne and rice, also a veggie alternative. Ideally, I need to find a firm who can also provide waiting staff to serve canapés and drinks, as well as serving the hot food and keep things running smoothly with clearing glasses and tables etc. Also provide something like Pavolva for adults and something like rocky road slices for children for dessert.
