We are looking for a water tight structure at the bottom of our garden to be used for both storage 1/3 and as a workshop/office 2/3. The dimensions will be 6metre x 6metre. Yes it's not small. It's to have a concrete base and tiled roof (not felt). Dont want wood as We want it to be as maintenance free as possible. We have been trying to find reliable, competent builders since last year who would undertake this for us please. We have an alleyway for access, can't get a car around the back unfortunately. We are near Victoria Park Widnes, Cheshire.
