  AMS CLEANING SERVICES LTD, posted on Thursday 17 February 2022 We would charge £40 for the end of tenancy clean. £45 for the oven. To provide an accurate price on the carpet clean, could you confirm what’s carpeted? I wouldn’t want to guess and overcharge if some rooms don’t actually have carpet.

  AMS CLEANING SERVICES LTD, posted on Thursday 17 February 2022 We would use a machine we use for deep cleans with a Vax platinum solution. It’s good at bring up dirt and cleans really well. If you can, check our Facebook page it shows some of the brilliant feedback we’ve had from our carpet cleans. For the house carpet clean we would charge £195 and that’s including all labour and materials as well. Regarding the clean, doesn’t normally include the blinds or inside kitchen cupboards or drawers. It will cover pretty much everything else in the house. Such as, kitchen worktops, cupboard fronts, taps (anything on show) same in bathroom, hoover mop, around the full house, frames skirting.We can include other parts of the clean and adjust the time and price if you need them doing as well as obviously that will take slightly longer to do. To include them we could do that for £55.
