My ex partner has applied for a prohibition order for our 10year old daughter there is history of accusations of drug and alcohol abuse, child has been living with dad for just over 2years myself mother has had no contact or communication since May 2021 and restricted contact before then have been representing myself but feel that may need some representation now but am concerned about fees etc interim order has been placed cafcass aware been informed that I have to take drug test before any further proceedings which I have been told that I have to pay half which I can't afford to pay within stated time.Have been accused of things that have not occurred really need some advice ASAP regards miss Julie Chance.
