Hi, Can you kindly let me know the cost per pce to apply Electrophoretic Lacquer to an average women's size Bangle, - That is currently finished with Silver Plating. Cost / Lead time breakdown / For say ; 100 Pcs 500 Pcs 1000 Pcs. Many Thanks Please Note; The objective here, as with most plated jewellery is to provide a longer life span / for the customer without signs of wear minimal + no tarnish for a minimum time span of 12 months with daily wear. NB/ Let me know also, if you have any means to assist regularly with actually testing Silver Micron content. Cost for this, perhaps you can provide if you offer such services ? Appreciate your time / suggestions.
- 4 years ago **** Sorry, I should have mentioned I would require samples done with automotive clear coating & UV-cured clearcoats before committing to actually installing an e-coating line - To in effect compare longevity.
