My daughter is 16 on the 22 August 2022, she would like to invite her family and friends to her birthday, 30 to 45 people max. Looking for a facilities that can hold this event. She just wants music, food and space to fit them with disability access and a bar for the adults if possible. Also need some time before to decorate. Extra details: time Between 2pm and 9pm estimate i'm not sure how slots work so please educate me to confirm what possible. Can bring are own food to feed the crowd if needed. I understand a deposit will need to be paid before hand along with the standard fee for hiring a venue along with extra costs e g bar facilities/food. The suitable location would be Cheltenham or Bishops Cleeve as may need to taxi back also the party does not need to be on Monday the 22 August can be changed to 20th or 21st of August at the weekend before.
