Hi we are looking at getting quotes for a porch and extension at the side of the house going into the back garden. We live at 53 Spires Crescent. We are not quite sure about regulations, but we have looked at other houses and have a plan. The porch would be immediately outside the current door with a utility room continuing into the back garden. Would this be something you can help us with? Tim
