Quotation In order to preserve residential amenity in accordance with Policy EN2 of the Sevenoaks Allocations and Development Management Plan. 5) Prior to the installation of the extractor flue, the applicant shall provide the Local Planning Authority with a BS 4142:2014+A1:2019 noise assessment to the nearest affected properties and provide details of any necessary and appropriate attenuation measures should the assessment show an adverse impact upon neighbouring properties. Any additional attenuation measures which are identified as being required in the survey shall be fully implemented prior to the first use of the system and retained thereafter.
