Hi, I'm in the process of buying a house and have had a building survey on it. The survey said 'The radiators appear to be old and may require flushing as part of maintenance of the heating system. There are no thermostatic radiator values to some of the radiators. We observed some corrosion to the radiator in the bathroom. This could indicate leakage, or this could have occurred due to clothes/towels being dried. An allowance will need to be made for appropriate repair/replacement works.' Would you be able to provide an estimate of how much it would cost to fix this please? Many thanks Adam
