I would like to have my primary medical degree in arabic to be translated into english by a certified translator. Also I would like to do the fallowing please: * The translator must include an original signed statement indicating that the translation is accurate and the translator belongs to a certified organization. The statement must include the translator’s identification number or seal (or both on every page), printed name, address, and telephone number, ** The word ‘attached’ means the documents must be bound together (as prepared by the translator, (i.e. with all ribbons/stickers/staples etc still intact) when being provided to our office. Separation of any of the documents will render them invalid.
