We require a five yearly rental valuation review on our business premises in Newcastle. The modern two storey terraced property in NE2 is owned by our pension fund , so they are landlord and we are their tenants. Our two small businesses, owned by ourselves, are the only tenants in the property and rent is paid to us (into our pension fund ) from each business , on a quarterly basis.
