Due my neighbour's blocked guttering, 3 bedrooms have been affected by damp. The outside wall to 2 bedrooms is saturated, both walls inside are discoloured with damp. The front bedroom has extensive wall damage in one corner. I need to get quotes for building/proofing to fix all 3 rooms.
