home help required 4days (fri,sat,sun.mon) for 89 year old lady Mornings for breakfast and to prepare and leave cob/sandwich for lunch.Medication/tablets will need to be given. Then to return to give evening meal approx 5.00. also to give medication. Morning shift carer would be required to apply cream to lady's legs.
