Possible appeal against a planning decision to allow a development on land excluded from development in a neighborhood plan. The use of a proposed self build development appears to have weighed in the decision. Look at decision on Stratford on Avon planning application 20/02112/OUT I live on Brooks Drive and part of the attraction for bought the property was the open field view to the north. The field is excluded from devt in the local neighborhood plan, which I used as a basis of an objection to the proposals. But the decision was to approve based on wider area planning considerations. I'd like to know whether I have any reasonable grounds to appeal the planning decision, and any costs to make an appeal.
