We plan to convert a garage to a bedroom and a utility room to a shower with toilet. For the garage conversion, we need to change the garage door to a window. We called the planning office, and they recommended we apply for a certificate of lawful use under permitted development. We would like to get a quote for work done by a planning agent for this application, so we might be able to start the work while waiting for formal approval.
