I am working on a property at the 93 Wellington Street, Luton to get the Electricity upgraded. they have requested for a drawing of narrative below. "Please provide a clean black and white outline only, scaled plan view drawing of the site, showing at least two fixed reference points, e.g. surrounding roads or buildings. This should be of minimum A3 size, or an electronic copy in .pdf format. This is required so that we scan it over our records. Please note that we are unable to use colour, greyscale or shaded plans" Are you able to quote for this above? warm regards Albert
