Small party of 30 guests to celebrate my 90th birthday. I would like a spit roast with trimmings as this is one of the few experiences I haven’t hosted in my many years of organising social gatherings. It would be served in my back garden if possible. I would like to know the feasibility, approximate cost, how much time and space is required by you. Do you have a catalogue?
