Persistent plantar fasciitis 6years + Had shockwave therapy, seen physio first months strengthened calves, stretch daily Assume Problem is further up hips (had these checked and told all ok?) or maybe back something not aligned ? I’m a mystery and it’s costing me a fortune in constant pain
