I am seeking some help as I have used a therapist before but unfortunately it did not work out, but I think the technique used was questionable and the therapist was considered unorthodox and on the fringe of the profession and I think I need to understand what happened to my mental state after the sessions. I have been enduring a mental illness for many years.
