Closed Clock repair

1. We have a Zaanse Zaandam clock (similar to this: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/255292171588?hash=item3b70996544:g:1-cAAOSwUhthw6wT) which has stopped working. It works for a few seconds, then the pendulum seems to jerk and it stops. We've checked the balance and ensured that it's correct, but still not working. 2. We have a longcase clock, c.1810, which has multiple problems, the main one being that the chimes are erratic and therefore don't relate to the correct time, and it often chimes when I reset it using the chain (several years ago the original rope was replaced with a chain, not sure whether this was a good idea, as the chain sometimes slips, and the weight occasionally falls off. Could you give a quote for repairing the wall clock and giving the longcase clock a general service as well as repairing the chimes? Also, are you able to do this here, or would we need to bring the clocks to you? Thanks, Nick
