For many years now, the cremated remains of our parents George and Betty Wallis are buried in the memorial garden at St Chad's Church, Hunter Street, Burton upon Trent. My brothers (Mike and Merv) and myself are desirous of having a flat stone c 18" x 18" with incised inscription which the Vicar (Rev George Crossley) tells me would be fine and in keeping with the others that are already there. The inscription wording would be relatively simple. Please can you provide us with a Free Quotation for the preparation and laying of the stone at St Chad's Church which was our family church - all three of us had been choirboys at St Chad's and myself later Organist and Choirmaster - hence a long connection with the church. Although originally Burtonians, we all leave a long way from Burton now - I reside in North Yorkshire, Mike in Hertfordshire and Merv in West Sussex, hencing visiting your premises for a discussion is rather difficult and we need a local stone mason whom we can trust to undertake the work in a professional manner and at reasonable cost. Many thanks Terry Wallis
