I have recently, about a month ago, bought a 3 seater tweedy type fabric sofa from next. It has two base and two back cushions, and two cushions at the sides. Already they are misshapen and need constant adjustment and look untidy. I think the back and sides need the nylon? Type filling replacing with feathers/foam. To firm it up. The base cushions also need some attention.
