I am trying to arrange by email the purchase of a bike in Newcastle. I live fairly remotely on the west coast of Scotland. Calling to see it myself is not an option. Is there someone who could act on my behalf, go to the address in Newcastle (after 04 Jan.), check that the seller has the bike and report to me?
