Hi, Leak has appeared over the last week, very small at first and doubled in size last night. Potential ingress of water on a tile to the right of the gable, however we are unable to get a close up visual of the area. Access internally could be possible in the loft however very tight. Please let me know what the potential cost would be for inspection and fix. Cheers
