I am Secretary of Winsley Cricket Club. The Cricket Club wishes to make a bid for funding to the Wiltshire Cricket Board to improve the Toilets in the Pavilion at the Cricket Ground. We need order of price quotes to submit with our application. There is no certainty that it will be approved for funding or how much grant we would receive We have agreed a plan. The most significant would be a change in the Gents Toilets. In summary, it is proposed we reduce the number of cubicles to 1. Move the position of the urinals to where one of the cubicles is. Discard the 2 wash basins in the cubicles Position the basins where the urinals are. Install two eco hand driers. Remove the door on the replaced cubicle Reverse the opening of the entrance door. Ensure hot water is connected to the basin taps. Install soap dispensers. In the Umpires Room, Ladies Toilet, and Disabled Toilet there should be hot water supply, eco hand driers, soap dispensers. The new equipment and materials required 1 Toilet 2 Wash Basins and taps 2 Urinals 5 hand dryers 5 Soap Dispensers Necessary Pipework to enable. Splash Back Tiling. Follow up decorating

We could definitely provide you with an estimate for these works to be completed. In order to get the ball rolliing please advise on the following: - Have you received any estimates yet? - Is your organisation for or non-profit? - I appreciate there isn't currently funding for this but did you have a budget in mind? - Do you know the equipment specifications for new fixtures, basins, toilets, taps driers etc and will this be provided or would the contractor need to procure these? - Do you need any design/functionality advice?     Peter Mundy, posted on Wednesday 29 December 2021 I will try to repeat my reply. We have not any estimates yet. I approached two local contacts, bathroom fitter and a plumber but both concentrate on Domestic Customers. Winsley CC is an active village cricket club and is non profit organisation. No budget, grant availability max £10,000. Wilts ECB ( English Cricket Board) will manage £70,000 for Projects. Not all Clubs will qualify due to ownership. Winsley CC owns its Pavilion. No equipment specifications. I personally like Stainless Steel Urinals. No design required. we have limited space, we dont want to knock walls down. The Pavilion was built in 2004 by Club Members under the guidance of a local builder. Mistakes were made in the positioning of the urinals and washbasins and hot water was never connected. We have an active Ladies Team now which was never envisaged in 2004, hence the need to move things around and also because of Covid Guidance and Rules we need to improve the hygiene. Covid-pending I would need to get one of our surveyors to visit the grounds in the new year, based on our findings we would be able to provide you with an estimate, please let me know if you are open to this and I'll make arrangements.
