I am have been given two VHS tapes by my ex wife, about the training and passing out parade of our daughter in Dec 1998. The ref No's are 0759a and 0299a, could you reproduce these on a DVD, and what would be the cost. If I decide to get them done at my local photo shop would I need a copyright release from yourselves.
