I have a bone that I feel is sticking out a little on my hand that connects to my first finger. It hurts when I put pressure on it. I've had an xray and they told me everything was fine. I think all it needs is cracking, but I can't be entirely sure. This has been going on for a few years after carrying heavy boxes at retail. Please help
