Hi I'm a 21 year old autistic final year student and I've been struggling with self harm and suicidal thoughts. I feel out of place and uncomfortable frequently and after being ignored by IAPT I have decided to use my Christmas money on a few therapy sessions to start my year off right and hopefully learn some coping mechanisms to stop hating myself :) P.S please text or call me because I can't change from my old email address!
