Closed Bumper and grill loose

I'm after a quote for someone to look at my front bumper and grill. Had no accidents and it's loose. There is a very minor crack in the front bumper, more than likely from a speed bump, going 5mph max over it. Car feels lobsided when I'm driving and stationary. Tyres are all in good condition and regularly checked before and after journeys.
