My wife and I are currently looking for builders to carry out a garage conversion and porch extension to our house in South Anston. Please let us know if you'd be interested in providing a quote and giving an idea of lead-time/timescales for being able to carry out the work. We're anticipating getting planning permission early in the new year and though we're waiting for a house sale to finalise to fund the project, we're hopeful this will also have completed by March as buyers are in place and the chain is complete. Ideally, we'd like to be building in the summer, if that's feasible. If you are interested, please reply and I can forward the planning drawings and some associated notes of what the job will entail.
