Hi my name is Anne Howells and I have been told by a lady from the rhondda food bank to contact your self's regarding a food parcel voucher as I have no food in the house and I don't have any money until next week. I failed to manage my benefits correctly this time due to me being at my lowest as I suffer with mental health issues which will more often than not leave me usable to communicate as I should do I have problems communicate ING with people I don't know even over the phone and I also suffer with panic attacks especially if I have to go out on my own or even if I'm on a bus I start to become very anxious about the people around me and if I'm in a unfamiliar place well let's just say it's not nice for me amongst other things i also suffer with goal stones which afto be removed by surgery I also kneed to register with a new gp as I kneed my medication to keep me stabilized so if you can find a way of helping me with this matter I will be very grateful as I have no one whom I can turn to for anything.
