Hi there, I sued my company, called "The Hut Group", to the employment tribunal. Two years ago, I was mistreated, discriminated against, subject to abuse of power by part of management. I did follow an internal procedure by raising grievances against them to Human resources (HR), but it was a kind of passive complicity from the high level. They didn't bother holding a serious and fair investigation. I am seeking support and advice currently from you because the matter is the employment tribunal.
