Hi there, we have just moved into our home and would like to convert our pitched roof dining room ceiling (approx 4m x 4m) to a gable end vaulted ceiling. We understand this will require the existing roof to be removed and a new steel frame support for the new roof joists constructed. We require building reg plans(steel sizes, timber sizes and insulation requirements) and calculations for the roof steels to enable contractor quotation for the works and to obtain necessary Building Regulation Approval from Warrington Council.
