Closed Land drain installed to large garage guttering

I have a large garage shared with the neighbours property which currently drains down to the road. With a heavy downpour the water comes back into the garage at ground level. I would like a land drain installed to redirect the flow away from the garage safely. There are two old lengths of guttering that need replacing along the back as well.
