I have extremely painful feet - both. First thing in the morning they are not too bad, but by evening walking is torture. The entire area of both soles is very painful; I have large bunions on both big toes and other bony growths on several smaller toes. The joints on all my toes are very painful, and my toes tend to curl spontaneously into a very tight formation which is extremely painful. There is virtually no part of my feet which does not cause me pain. I have a nail-infection which makes even my toe-nails very sensitive and frequently painful. It often seems that my toesnails and the flesh of the toes, under the nail, have merged together. This makes nail-trimming very difficult and painful.
