My laptop (HP Pavilion x360 Convertible) will not start up. The power comes on, as the power lights start flashing, but screen will not turn on. From what troubleshooting I was able to do myself, I believe that the issue is with the battery as a hard reset had no effect, and when connecting my laptop to an external monitor nothing came up there to indicate a display issue. Therefore, I think it is the case that the battery needs replacing. So, what kind of costs should I be expecting for this job and when could you do it?
